Responsibilities:

* Under the general direction of the Director and the Radiology Clinical RN Manager. With limited supervision, the CAPPS RN:
* Provides nursing care for the Outpatient Patient Prep & Recovery Department by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care.
* Collaborates with physicians and other departments to coordinate the needs of the patients and their family
* Ensures that patient care is provided in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable State Nursing Practice Acts & ANA Standards of Practice
* Prepares, recovers and dismisses patients in accordance with the physician orders and hospital protocols.

Qualifications

* Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
* Current state of Missouri RN licensure required.
* Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills required.
* BLS certification required at hire and maintained.
