Job Description
* As a PNC Intern, you will participate in a best in class internship program. During this 10 week program, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a specific line of business, expand the tools you need to launch your career and complement your education with real-world experience.

The Midland Loan Services Summer Internship Program enables inters to explore various aspects of the company including Asset Management, Loan Servicing, Business Development, Account Management, Underwriting, Due Diligence and or Collateral Surveillance.
Interns will work directly with management across the company to support daily operations. You may interact with lenders, borrowers and/or operators of commercial real estate assets across the country. Successful candidates will gain exposure to complex financing structures, and by the end of the internship, have an appreciation for the importance of loan servicing, asset management and customer service in commercial real estate finance.

* Required Education and Experience: Working toward a Bachelor's Degree, preferably business relevant majors (e.g., Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Actuarial Sciences), sophomore or junior status, Minimum GPA 3.2.
