This position is located in Alliance, Nebraska working on 2nd or 3rd shift

1. Safely operate forklift and other Powered Industrial Trucks as needed; 2. Verify finished product is properly weighed and identified with the product code; 3. Transport pallets of finished goods with forklift to appropriate storage; 4. Ensure the correct product is prepared to ship to the customer; 5. Need to have the capability to use processing systems such as UPS World Wide 6. Physically break down pallets of product in order to dispense them to designated customers. 7. Properly wrap and or band pallets in preparation to load: 8. Load/unload freight for processing: 9. Identify issues with product that is not suitable to ship to our customers 10. Properly receive materials into the plant; 11. Make scan labels for raw materials into the APC system 12. Receive incoming material into the Mainframe system 13. Prepare and complete necessary paperwork. 14. Cycle counts: 15. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions. (unload/load flatbed trailers) 16. Warehouse will help maintain tugger routes;

Education required/ preferred: High School diploma or GED Experience: Production work preferred but not required Preferred Skills/Qualifications: 1. Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills 2. Basic knowledge and use of hand tools 3. Sound decision making skills 4. Good math, reading, writing skills 5. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude 6. Mental and visual acuity for production of quality product 7. Strong trouble shooting skills 8. Must have a positive attitude Skills/Competencies: 1. Basic computer skills Microsoft Office package 2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Other Skills: Ability to work well in a team environment Assessment: Employee must pass Pre-employment screening
