To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accountants, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide making the impossible happen every single day.

We are looking for an AGM of Digital Operations to advise the development and implementation of Nikes sophisticated Digital logistics network. You'll research, craft and implement innovative processes and procedures that will foster improvement of the Digital logistics network and service offering. We'll need you to educate staff on the evolving consumer needs using statistical insights to ensure the roadmap and current network portfolio is prepared to exceed the capacity and consumer demands. You'll also facilitate and encourage continual improvement processes focused on making the operations more effective and flexible at scale among a complex landscape of DCs. You'll select, empower, develop and evaluate our Director level team, including recruitment and selection, person-to-person developmental, performance reviews, salary administration, professional/managerial training and Human Resource Process implementation of managers. You'll build and maintain an interdependent relationship with all functional areas within the organization and engage in cross-functional collaboration with all supply chain functional groups. We'll also need you to build and conduct high profile presentations and effectively represent distribution logistics throughout the Nike matrix. You'll participate in and influence Nike Supply Chain and Operations Logistics Strategy agendas from a Distribution perspective and coordinate distribution initiatives. You'll develop the annual operation's plans for the Digital Network to build the entire life cycle of Nikes Direct supply chain while ensuring the growth is seamless to our most passionate consumers. In addition, you'll be accountable for the planning and readiness of the Network to meet service and operating budget targets.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION INCLUDE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline

- 7 -10 years' experience in Ecommerce fulfillment

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a broad landscape of business leaders to gain support and bring visibility to the Networks plan to serve

- Multi-level broad range distribution experience, preferably involving receiving, pick and pack and shipping in a fast-paced automated facility and legacy network

- Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

- Proven track record of successfully leading within a dynamic matrix organization

- Superior teamwork skills with the ability to develop talent at all levels of on organization

- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously in a deadline driven environment

- Demonstrated working knowledge of supply chain logistics processes including, demand planning, distribution requirements planning, inventory management, manufacturing planning, material planning, inventory control, transportation and logistics planning, customer service and warehousing

- Ability to lead and inspire change by influence, and not by authority

- Thorough understanding of logistics impact on diverse organization departmental goals

- Knowledge of current industry best practices in supply chain management in order to support process improvement

- Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Knowledge of warehouse management systems including Manhattan WMS, high-speed conveyor systems and other highly automated equipment

- Demonstrated effective management of an operation comprising both salaried and hourly staff of at least 500; the ability to effectively teach, lead and manage within all areas of the operation and coach staff beyond current potential

- Demonstrated ability to deal with adversity and the constantly evolving operating conditions while still delivering to expectations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field. MBA preferred.
