What you'll do:
* Work with the fellow designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to define what we should build
* Create interactive mockups and lightweight prototypes to communicate and validate design decisions
* Create final design specs that define the customers' need, underlying hypotheses, and UX flow including details on accessibility and global readiness
* Work closely with engineers to ensure the design is implemented effectively and iterate in code to refine the design and respond to customer feedback
What you'll need:
* A current online portfolio with a link in your application
* A people-focused design mentality that wants to build products with meaningful impact
* A creative mind that thrives on a balance of strategic and tactical work
* Fluency with designing phone and large screen experiences. (Our customers' move across devices.)
* Awareness of trends in interaction; mobile, communications, and collaboration
* Experience using design components and pattern libraries--proficiency in Figma a plus
* Motion design, prototyping, and UI coding skills a double plus
* 5+ years of industry experience in interactive design and/or visual design
* A degree in one of the many product design fields or equivalent experience
