MSX Insights is the portal where our sales leaders, managers and sellers have their business conversations daily. We partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, field and other global teams to deliver a world class user experience (reports, analysis, QBC) in MSX Insights. Not only does MSX Insights serve as the single BI destination for commercial sales, it is a showcase of the capabilities of Power BI in a large enterprise. Our program is complex due to the number of stakeholders, high number of time sensitive requests, business criticality and multitude of architectural components involved. This means we need a process-focused operation and collaboration-first mindset to deliver our work with quality and efficiency. We need a world-class PM to help us manage this complexity!
This role would be responsible for:
* Managing the daily operations of the MSX Insights team; this includes running the rhythm (meetings) with our team, engineering and ensuring we have the right connection points with stakeholders to drive a collaborative environment that enables feature requests to be delivered with quality, speed and efficiency
* Documenting, communicating and landing governance principles and processes for MSX Insights
Leading the communications and rhythm for Fiscal Year rollover of data, reporting and MSX Insights experience for WW M&O with CSEO and FD&E
* Managing and communicating our Roadmap, quarterly commitment of features and feature sprints leveraging ADO to provide insights to our team and leadership.
* Synthesizing patterns of requests and support issues to help us understand key themes and root causes that need attention.
* Acting as an accelerator to help ensure we deliver the most important priorities in an agile but high quality way.
Given the changes in our company and in the competitive market around us, there has never been a time when this role was more poised to make an enormous impact. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience leading complex programs (e.g. business financial planning/business management) in a sophisticated cross functional and international capacity, along with familiarity of BI and Data-related projects.
The successful candidate will have strong, proven experience in business intelligence, process management and will be a superior conceptual and analytical thinker. You must be highly organized and detail-focused, have effective communication and presentation skills, as well as cross group collaboration experience.
* 5+ years of program/project management, finance, marketing, sales excellence, or operations
* Effective learner, who assimilates new domain knowledge, ideas, and information quickly
* Excellent communication and partnering skills
* Must have Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint skills
* BI tools knowledge is a plus (ADO)
* Maturity to effectively manage priorities under time pressure
