The successful candidate for this position will have experience analyzing healthcare data, producing actionable insights, and communicating key findings.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Conducts analysis of health care data to identify areas of improvement and opportunity
* Monitors and tracks key performance indicators for clinical team
* Works closely with physician and nurse leadership in translating data to meaningful action
* Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
* Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
* Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks

Required Qualifications:

* Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
* Three or more years of Business or Clinical Analytics experience.
* Three or more years of healthcare experience to include experience in a managed care setting
* Excellent presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written
* Significant experience using Excel and/or business intelligence tools like Tableau or PowerBI
* Advanced experience using Microsoft office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree
* Advanced experience using Excel and/or business intelligence tools like Tableau or PowerBI
* Clinical and / or Informatics degree and experience

Colorado Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000 (add additional reference for sales and physicians).
