Position Summary:
Responsible for researching reconciliation issues within the Banking department. Assist manager with the instruction and coaching of other members of the team on the functionality of ReconNet. Essential Job Functions:
* Map files for loading into ReconNet system
* Make additions, deletions, and adjustments in the rule tree
* Understand/ Utilize electronic banking files
* Set up a rec type from start to finish
* Research loading and reconciliation issues
* Communicate with product development teams
* Provide customer service; answer customer emails and phone calls in a timely, accurate and professional manner
* Balance weekly accounts and reconcile in ReconNET
* Set up automated clearing house accounts with minor banks
* Assist manager in supervising and coaching associates on the performance of their duties and in the completion of performance reviews and provide feedback
* Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.
