Position Summary
Lead various system projects to ensure quality products are delivered on time and within budget. Drive adherence to Project Management Office (PMO) and Project Portfolio Management Office (PPMO) quality standards. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Essential Job Functions

* Assemble project team, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules
* Establish and update project plans and budgets with actual and forecasts and, with assistance, manage deviations from plan and project parameters
* Conduct project meetings, project tracking and analysis
* Ensure all project objectives are clearly documented, approved and delivered to meet customer needs
* Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables
* Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team's ability to deliver against their commitments
* Communicate timely project status to all stakeholders
* Manage project risk, develop mitigation plans, and escalate decisions and unresolved issues
* Escalate associate problems to the team lead/management
* Recommend improvements and assist in changes to best practices
* Travel to offsite locations as needed
* Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Minimum Position Qualifications

* PMP Certification or willingness to obtain
* Proven problem solving and organizational skills
* Six Sigma Certification a plus
* Prior experience in leadership position delivering projects
* Solid knowledge and ability to apply the systems development and project management life-cycle processes involved with implementing I.T. solutions
* Proven track record of delivering objectives on time and within budget
* Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization
* Passing score on a selected entry test for new hires (test selected based on project requirements)

Desired Previous Experience/Education

* Bachelor's Degree in or related field or equivalent work experience
