The Role:

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our Core Product team within JLLT and deliver the Online Markets (OLM) listing platform across the Americas region.

The new Product Manager will join an established product team with dedicated resources that will support further expansion of our offer in the US and globally. As the regional lead for OLM, your focus will be on driving engagement and adoption across the region whilst working alongside the core team to further optimise our core offer and drive conversion.

You will be based in Chicago, IL but some travel is expected across the region in order to work directly with key business stakeholders and product ops leads to align requirements, define product priorities and communicate key updates. The role will report into the OLM Product Director.

Day to day, the product manager will:

* Understand customer and client needs within each market of operation to deliver the best-in-class customer experience
* Work closely with engineering team to define the backlog, operationalize execution and ensure timely and successful delivery of OLM for the US, LATAM and Canada
* Nimbly flex between technical conversations, and strategic discussions with executives
* Partner with teams across digital marketing and data to ensure successful rollout and ongoing optimisation of market instances
* Support the growth of the product and actively work within the core team to optimise core functionality, improve user experience and ensure alignment with business objectives and revenue goals globally

* Demonstrable record of technical product management experience including developing and launching products (from sprint planning to release management and go-to-market strategy)
* Experience in delivering data driven, customer centric solutions that meet customer needs
* Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems
* Experience working closely with Performance and Digital Marketing
* Fluent in English - other regional languages (French, Spanish, Portoguese) advantageous
