Industrialized Construction Program Manager -

As Program Manager, this person will serve at the primary point of contact in Restaurant Design for the Industrialized Construction (IC) Program. This position responsible to execute program strategies and serve as the Design representative with New Restaurant Construction and Strategic Reinvestment. He/she will conduct evaluations of market options, suppliers and professional partners that can help develop solutions that meets the needs of clients IC Program. The Program Manager will also serve to coordinate the activities of professional partners to insure appropriate application of Clients Design standards and execution of activities relative to scopes of work. He/she will focus on validating new IC strategies while making adjustments to design and vendor strategies to build a scalable design and construction strategy for IC

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with the construction, reinvestment and design teams to make sure IC plans are built for easy field construction and assembly
* Work with professional partners to ensure understanding and appropriate application of IC principles
* Lead efforts with suppliers to ensure supply chain reliability and reduced costs for supply of IC components
* Act as main liaison for Design for all questions related to IC
* Develop and execute a validation process for all new pilot IC projects
* Engage third parties appropriately to assist in validation criteria and measurements
* Communicate IC initiatives, Design work and future program goals
* Develop training materials and methods for professional partners and field construction leads

Background requested:

* Strong architecture or design experience with field experience that can easily understand constructability and provide direction on positive improvements to the process
* Driven program management experience leading multiple stakeholders with varying views and incentives
* Understanding on innovation and specifically validation of new ideas
