Senior Business Analyst

The Workplace Insights team creates employee experience applications and products for over 20,000 employees that span across our 35 offices worldwide. We are seeking a technically sophisticated and detail-oriented Sr. Business Analyst to provide operational support for our enterprise mobile app. You will be relied on as an advisor and business partner between our global stakeholders and the product team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about LinkedIns mission, have a background in mobile or web app development, be an experienced problem solver, and will be comfortable communicating effectively with high level leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders and identify opportunities for operational improvements or innovative solutions to problems
* Properly understand and document the business outcomes and prioritize features and requests and maintain the product/sprint backlog
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Test Cases creation and facilitate UAT sessions
* Collaborate and plan with team members on product roadmaps based on prioritized business requirements
* Partner with the business stakeholders to define strategies and success metrics for projects
* Proactively examine, control, and implementation change management process internally and with business stakeholders
* Partner with team members to define product KPIs and success metrics to improve product performance and demonstrate ROI
* Monitor and measure the product KPIs post-implementation to facilitate analyzing, reporting and improvement action
* Support ongoing conversations with legal, IT, and security to meet compliance requirements
Basic Qualifications
* BA/BS degree in a technical field
* 5+ years of experience as business analyst on a product team
* Based in the US with the ability to work in Pacific Time hours
Preferred Capabilities
* Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to keep the big picture in mind
* Self-starter and team player
* Experience working on Agile teams
* Experience supporting global regions
* Experience with Internet of Things or Workplace Technology
