Responsibilities
Within Global Wealth Management, we are currently looking to hire a qualified candidate to fill an Area Product Owner role with proven technical program delivery. This individual will oversee a product tower, potentially across geographic locations. The Area Product Owner will work with the business to drive operational strategy of the end-the-end process by implementing change, while effectively managing risk and controls. This position will help define and execute the strategic technology roadmap working across the Maintenance function.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual with experience leading technical delivery with the following qualifications and skills:
* 5+ years of product owner experience
* Experience with technical delivery to deliver strategic solutions
* Proven past experience delivering solutions via agile framework
* Experience with Jira and portfolio reporting
* Anticipates and resolves issues with a sense of urgency
* Excellent communication skills ensuring transparency across all stakeholders
* Ability to effectively motivate and influence across all levels of the firm
* Experience working in a highly matrixed environment across businesses lines and functions
* Adapts to a rapidly changing business and technical environment
* Operational experience a plus
* Wealth management experience a plus
* Product owner certification a plus
