VP Digital Instructional Designer - Learning
Description
Primary responsibilities of this position are to design digital learning content across the Professional Skills, Analyst and Technology learning curricula. These programs support our 120,000 learners in the Digital, Operations and Technology organizations at JPMorgan Chase.
Core Responsibilities:
* Investigate, analyze and evaluate digital learning tools, skills, and approaches to ensure the team are leveraging modern learning techniques
* Create cutting edge digital learning that grabs learners, drives their learning and engages them with digital and virtual learning.
* Coach and lead other digital designers and Instructional designers to drive best practice and the highest standards
* Develop and deploy digital learning programs. Evaluate and enhance existing programs to meet training requirements.
* Support the creation and deployment of virtual learning programs, integrating digital learning tools and approaches to create engagement, learning and impact
* Partner with Learning Partners, and other key stakeholders to evaluate and address curriculum gaps.
* Leverage, support, and at times, lead Learning Squads (workgroups) to drive new approaches, best practices and common standards.
* Facilitate coaching, mentor and Train-the-Trainer sessions on digital and virtual tools.
* Remain current with the latest market training innovations /product offerings and constantly suggest innovative training solutions
* Ensure compliance of project activities with audit and risk policies and the highest aspirations of the firms business principles.
Qualifications:
* Graduate with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience of work.
* 5+ years experience in learning and development/digital focused roles or similar; including a strong track record of delivery
* Expertize with Modern training methodologies
* Strong project management experience.
* High creativity and innovations skills
* Highly digitally literate, this could include Visual, Audio or Gaming for example
* Display the highest professional standards, operating with a commercial mind-set, high client centricity and being innovative by challenging the status quo.
* Adept at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines within a fast-moving professional environment;
* Superior verbal and written communication skills and comfort in communicating with different levels of management;
* Ability to work independently in a high performance team.
* Ability to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive working relationships across a matrixed organization.
* Strong skills with Microsoft office products required (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
