Primary Skill: SAP Basis
* Other Skills:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience working on SAP and HANA.
* Supporting complex environments consisting of Sandbox, Development, Test, QA, and Production systems.
* Performance monitoring, fine tuning, load testing of SAP applications.
* Troubleshooting SAP startup and hung issues.
* Configure SSL setup, staging the parameters and applying SSL certificate.
* Monitor overall production systems performance and raise alarms to avoid production downtime.
* Manage and configures database management systems.
* Manage technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance. Configures new and existing alerts; determines thresholds of alerts within monitoring systems as well as third party monitoring systems.
* Resolves system problems through research and collaboration with other IT Teams and apply the appropriate course of action
