Job Description

Reporting to the Director of the Supply Chain COE, you will manage projects in the manufacturing and quality space. You will provide innovation and standardization in the Quality Assurance, SAP and Product Lifecycle Management space. You will lead multiple priority goals. As part of the integration team, you will bring new plants onto Conagra's quality tools systems (such as SAP Quality Management, Infinity QS) and develop new system tools to meet evolving requirements. You will support the latest technology and new ideas for our existing platforms. You will standardize recipe structure to reduce error and speed up innovation. You will lead new system innovation and process functionally to improve efficiency and results.

Position Responsibilities:

* Lead the development of changes to our existing structure and recommend appropriate advancement and standardization
* Assess gaps in our current supply chain capabilities including process and technology infrastructure system and identify future needs and enhancement opportunities
* Work with RQ&I and Quality leadership to support and solve high-priority projects
* Work with technical partners to implement proposed solutions
* Advise and build complex system configuration changes for current business applications
* Work with other functions in developing the best learning environment for the end-user

Position Qualifications:

* College Degree in Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Bachelors degree
* 3 or more years in manufacturing, warehousing or plant supply chain experience
* Experience in SAP Operations field, Manufacturing or Quality
* Presentation experience
* Partnership Oriented to achieve common goals (Teamwork).
* Experience working within a defined operational framework, striving for process improvement.
* Demonstrated ability to develop multiple solution alternatives when addressing problems
* Project Management experience
