Primary accountabilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the day-to-day management of resources, execution of tactical deliverables, and developing a passionate team of customer focused professionals respected for results and driven by our Values in Action.
Position requires a breadth of knowledge and experience including aftermarket products and processes. This role requires a focus on customer, dealer, product, process, and employee development.
To make effective decisions, this position will work with immediate work group or project teams, dealers, internal and external process partners. Decisions have a direct impact on customer perception of Caterpillar product support. Though organizations will vary, incumbent will interact with people from diverse technical and cultural backgrounds.
Basic Qualifications:
* College degree
* 5 + years of job-related experience
* Advanced skills in Microsoft excel
Top candidates will also have:
* College degree in the areas of Supply Chain, Finance, or Industrial Engineering
* Previous leadership or team lead experience
* Solid understanding of Parts Supply Chain and ability to communicate complexities effectively
* Ability to initiate and execute process improvements across value streams
* 6 Sigma, LEAN, and / or project management experience
* Understanding of Caterpillar dealer business
* Solid analytical based problem-solving ability
* Systems capabilities including: PowerBi, PartsViz, SPM (SPP platform) - Lognet (DRP, MRP) - APO/Antares, SNC, and HVC/EPIX/EDS
