Job Description:

Job duties may include the following:
- Locating and movement of products to storage or the assembly line in a
safe timely manner.
- Ability to inspect and perform regular maintenance to forklift as necessary.
- Use of RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Forklift Certification through proven operation of
equipment.
- May rotate to various positions within the Job Function area to perform related
activities.
- Follows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea
Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work.
- May investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies and notify appropriate
personnel of results or required actions.
- Ability to identify damaged material and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
- Identify and correct or report safety hazards in the work area.
- Ensures grief and receiving processes and procedures are updated and
communicated.

Basic Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of warehouse operations experience
- At least 6 months of stand up forklift experience
- Experience with Glovia OM including storing, ordering, picking and delivering material
Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes
- Must be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor
- Must be able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
- Must be able to walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes
Top candidates will also have:
- Caterpillar product knowledge
- Current stand up AND sit down forklift license
- Experience with kitting operations
