Job Description
Accountabilities
* Demonstrates knowledge of medical documentation processes
* Possesses understanding of service level goals and objectives when providing customer support.
* Possesses strong organizational skills and prioritizes getting the right things done.
* Frequent communication with doctor offices, making primarily outbound calls
* Learn Medicare Advantage specific documentation guidelines and policies
* Follow Medicare guidelines for holding policy and supply shipment
* Qualify and follow up on clinical notes needed for patient qualification
* Cross functional communication across departments
* Able to hit daily goals and projections
* Innovative with process improvements and ideas
* Work urgent database tickets for Med Advantage accounts
Qualifications
* HS Diploma, GED, or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience
* 1+ years experience in related field preferred
* Strong communication skills, both on the computer and over the phone required
* High attention to detail required
