Boeing Phantom Works in El Segundo Ca. is interested in individuals that are willing to work with non traditional development programs for new market area pursuits.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Develops and maintains engineering product definition.
* Prepares design layouts and modifies existing designs.
* Develops engineering product definition.
* Develops statements of work, including design requirements, cost and schedule estimates.
* Contributes to the integration of product definition across internal and external business partners to provide a functional end-product.
* Investigates and resolves moderately-complex manufacturing process, or engineering related issues.
* Verifies accuracy of engineering data produced by others.
* Ability to work with a diverse team with overlapping responsibilities

Security Clearance:

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):

* 3+ years experience with mechanical, optical, or structural engineering

* 3+ years of Computer aided design (CAD) experience

* 3+ years of experience working both independently and in team environments

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience):

* RF assembly processing

* Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering field

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
