Optimize sales lead management & application activity cadences by fully leveraging Salesforce capabilities resulting in success as measured by Salesforce and sales KPIs including conversion and win rates. Works in tandem with sales management and staff to also participate in goal setting & attainment, needs analysis, business requirements gathering, staff change management and enhancement prioritization.
* Maintain deep knowledge of BCU sales and consumer lending operations and Salesforce org/tools
* Optimize lead classification criteria and work with management to establish conversion goals for each lead class and continually optimize processes and strategies to meet these goals
* May participate in and/or lead change management activities including agent coaching and training
* Leverage Salesforce tools to build lead and opportunity pipeline cadences including timing, scripting and automation (where appropriate) of communication and follow up activities; Continually learn and iteratively optimize cadences to maximize results
* Establish baselines and targets for opportunity KPIs which may include activity logging and next activity entry, opportunity win rates, cadence execution, and NPS results
* Build, modify and monitor Salesforce reports and dashboards needed at the agent, manager and executive level to monitor and manage performance trends while adhering to BCU Best Practices for Reporting and Dashboards
* Work with business units to identify, define requirements for, submit and prioritize Salesforce enhancement requests
* Work closely with the rest of the BCU Salesforce team to ensure configuration practices are consistent with the enterprise as a whole and to request administrative or technical support
* Always keep Salesforce platform knowledge current using Trailhead and other training resources
Requirements
* 3 or more yrs consumer lending sales experience
* Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a demonstrated understanding of the lending sales practices, processes, and key success drivers
* Possesses intellectual curiosity and the ability to think creatively in problem solving and solutioning
* Strong ability to communicate with and effectively influence business leaders and sales personnel
* Experience doing basic data analysis using common tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access or PowerBI
* Working understanding of and experience with Salesforce or like platform in terms of sales tools and capabilities
