* 5+ years of technical product/program management experience in software development
* Experience managing multiple large external partners with competing priorities and needs
* Ability to work with a broad set of cross functional product and engineering teams teams for alignment, planning and delivery of products
* Conversant in the use and design of APIs and related documentation
* Ability to identify, root cause and solve problems autonomously in a calm and organized manner
* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills with the ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
* Strong facilitation skills for requirements gathering, scoping, planning, and review sessions across teams and partners
* Experience with paid Subscription and Services consumer products used by millions globally is a plus
