Northrop Grumman rsquo;s Space Systems sector is looking for a Business Management Manager 3 to support the Human Exploration and Operations (HEO) Operating Unit in the Civil and Commercial Satellites Business Unit based in our Dulles, Va. Facility. A successful candidate works well in a fast paced environment and enjoys the opportunity to define possible.
Responsibilities:
bull; Financial (Awards, Sales, OM, Cash) planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting in accordance with company policy, GAAP and SOX requirements
bull; Strategic Planning ndash; Partnership with the Portfolio Program Manager and Functional leadership for the development of the Annual Operating Plan
bull; Financial management and cost control functions for all contracts / projects
bull; Cost proposal support for assigned programs and proposal price analysis / strategy development
bull; Public company audit support to both Internal and External/3rd party auditors
bull; Intercompany program execution coordination and synergy optimization
bull; Interdisciplinary coordination in support of program and department execution requirements
bull; On-boarding, motivation, development, and supervision of a competent professional staff

Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor 39;s degree
* 7+ years of relevant Business/Financial Management experience
* 4 years of management experience
* Experience in managing budgets, preparing forecasts and summarizing for senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor 39;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management
* Accustomed to working in fast pace environments demanding strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Dynamic self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to function independently
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple activities concurrently, able to quickly adapt to multiple demands
