Job Description

General Dynamics Information Technology is looking for Risk Assurance Analyst.

The position will support a US Air Force program that is playing a major role in strengthening and modernizing America's Strategic Deterrent Force. GDIT will develop and deliver a digital engineering design solution which enables and integrates the program's complete set of data, tools, and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) activities, and makes them available to internal and appropriate external engineering and programmatic stakeholders throughout the program's lifecycle.

This effort will culminate in an abstracted, highly transportable environment delivered to the Government, to be instantiated virtually on the Government's network infrastructure, and updated during the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) phase of weapon system development.

Duties include but are not limited to:
* Conducts program and technical risk assessments, focusing on impacts to performance, schedule and cost

* Risk identification, root cause analysis, mitigation planning, implementation and risk tracking.

* Consistently displays comprehensive knowledge of all program Quality and Risk requirements

* Effectively uses data analytics and data analysis tools to support quality and risk programs

* Focused on quality, consistency, and efficiency to improve productivity and customer satisfaction

* Develops and employs methodologies that focus on improving performance by systematically removing waste and reducing variations

* Commitment to personal employee development to improve individual performance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent), 5+ years of experience

DESIRED SKILLS
* SAFe / Agile certification

* Lean Six Sigma experience

* IT Risk Management experience

* ISO 9001 / AS9100 - Quality Management

* ISO 27001 / NIST - Information Security Management

* ISO 20000 / ITIL - IT Service Management

The likely salary range for this position is $72,000 - $108,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
