High-level job responsibilities:

The Contracts Analyst - Retail Wireless will be responsible for supporting the Retail Wireless Contract Manager by providing reporting and analytics, and ensuring that daily operations function smoothly. As a contracts team, we are responsible for ensuring that agreements are in place to support the Retail Wireless IT team, that funding is approved and available, and that we are tracking spend to ensure continuous service from our vendors. As part of the contracts team responsibility, we are also responsible for onboarding of new employees as we build out the wireless team and tracking this progress. Position reports to the IT Manager I, Retail Wireless.

Day to Day Activities:

* Develop reports to monitor timelines, budgets and spend for Group's POs and SOWs
* Develop and communicate dashboard reporting for management
* Coordinate with IT contracts and finance for aggregated reporting
* Daily reporting of PO/SOW status in SNOW and Oracle
* Onboarding for all CTH, with reporting on status, key needs and average time to completion
* Onboarding for all Sis including working to secure access to DISH systems, securing proper credentials and equipment.
* Budget reporting monthly
* IT Wireless Resource/Org Chart True up monthly
* Record SLA details for all vendors
* Create Key Terms for all contracts

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Business or related field (Business Administration, Finance, Business Development, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Education etc.)
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Experience with or ability to work in a fast paced, adaptive environment
* Excellent analytical skills
* Ability to deliver result on time in a fast paced environment
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and directly with executives
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Experience with Tableau or other dashboard software preferred
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Compensation: $49,680.00/Yr. - $77,970.00/Yr.
