Be part of DISH's innovation with our Finance team and influence our business from the bottom line. Our team is responsible for providing financial support and analysis of subscriber profitability, strategic projects, and ad-hoc requests from business and operational departments.
Specific responsibilities may include:
* Operate and improve subscriber profitability models
* Evaluate subscriber facing offers for profitability and financial risks
* Perform financial and strategic analyses in collaboration with operating groups to improve performance for all areas of the business
* Assist with M&A activity by conducting due diligence and creating forward looking financial and valuation models
* Interpret financial data and communicate conclusions and recommendations to key stakeholders
* Create and deliver financial presentations to upper management
* MBA, MS-Finance, or other related Master's degree is preferred, but not required
* 3-5 years prior work experience is preferred, but not required
* Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling, some knowledge of database basics (e.g., Microsoft Access, SQL) helpful
* Outstanding problem solving and quantitative analysis abilities
* Ability to define problems, seek and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
* Well-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materials
