The D3 Talent team has wide-ranging accountability to help Allstaters strengthen their analytical mindset. We do this by providing high-quality training and community-based learning opportunities to the enterprise. We also assist business units in evaluating the critical behaviors and structures that lead to success with data.
While our mission has been constant for the past three years, our work continually evolves. In 2020 we had over 35,000 touchpoints with Allstaters building analytic fluency. Some of our most visible work includes:

* Leading with Analytics
We are growing our team. The skills we value most include flexibility, creativity, divergent thinking, learning agility, collaboration and operational excellence. Today we come from a variety of backgrounds: mathematics, psychology, marketing, communications and learning/development. What binds us is our curiosity and our passion for quality and learning.
We have some specific needs:
* Analytics - We need extra hands to help us evaluate the effectiveness of our work. Work could include devising measurement strategies, collecting and managing data, automating reports and, most importantly, generating actionable insights from the data.
* Culture change/learning and development - We need behavioral and pedagogical insights to change the enterprise culture. Most of our influence on culture occurs through the data and analytics learning opportunities we offer. To continue to lead in the D&A learning space, we want to better understand what motivates people, how to engage them, how to create effective learning experiences and how to sustain change. Instructional design, human behavior or learning program experience could be valuable.
* Program execution/relationship management - We need strong operational and people skills to manage large, complex initiatives such as Data and Analytics Week, to build relationships with partner business units and to encourage long-term commitment to change.
The ideal candidate will bring experiences to contribute to at least two of the three needs as well as demonstrated skills as noted above. We operate in a fast-paced environment where continuous learning is a necessity.
