Full Time Days
What You Will Be Responsible For:
Responsible for cleaning offices, disinfecting, high dusting, removing trash, cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping
Daily Patient Room Cleaning
Dismissal Cleaning Patient Rooms
Isolation Policies (Occupied and Terminal Cleaning)
Handling and Disposing of Sharps and Glass
Side to Side Floor Machine
Refinishing Floors
Floor Stripping
Insect Infestation
Examine cubicle curtains daily for cleanliness, tears and broken hooks. Replace if needed
Transports/Distributes linens to floor
Soiled Linen Carts/Collection of Soiled Linen
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
Through knowledge/understanding of the eight-step cleaning process
Basic computer and keyboarding skills preferrd
Two years hospital or equivalent work experience required
High school diploma or GED preferred
Job Summary:
Performs a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain patient rooms, offices, hallways, washrooms and other assigned areas of the hospital.
