Work Hours/Shift: Full Time Days M-F 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
You Will Be Responsible For:
* Receiving shipments, checking catalog number ordered against packing slip. Filling in for distribution as needed.
* Checking all shipments for damage before signing delivery ticket.
* Documenting discrepancy or damage and reporting to buyer for corrections.
* Prepares packages for outgoing, assuring properly packed and documented.
* Attitude and temperament.
* Tickets charge items as time permits.
Qualifications
What Will You Need:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* High school graduate.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
3 years warehouse and receiving experience, hospital environment preferred.

Job Summary:
To Provide a responsible position for receiving supplies and equipment. Also handles shipping all outgoing shipments from all freight carriers. This position assists in the daily issue of supplies and ticketing charge items as needed. Maintaining the receiving area and restocking shelves as required upon receipt. Cross training in other areas in order to fill in when needed. Dual position, cross trained in receiving and distribution. Receives all supplies and equipment, documenting date and entering counts into the system. Prepares the daily outgoing shipments for pick up, entering into the system where appropriate. Assists in putting away supplies and ticketing items when time allows. Assists in counting during semi-annual inventories.
