The Ambassador District Manager position is an extension of a patient support program with the responsibility to empower patients. Provides a personal single point of contact for patient support program service as the link for patients to better understand and utilize the other services. This position oversees Ambassadors supporting patients in the Mountain and Pacific Time Zones. The standard working hours will be 10AM 7PM CST. The position requires travel to the Overland Park, KS office every other week for a period of 3 days.
Major Responsibilities:
Establishes self as a leader within team and organization for Patient Ambassadors
Manage the successful implementation of the Ambassador team and compliance to their SOP to ensure delivery of appropriate patient support program services
Will provide direction to the team to ensure they contribute to the brand in a strategic way
Interact closely with sales organization to drive increased education regarding platform services available to patients
Use appropriate data sources to evaluate effectiveness of Ambassadors and make suggestions for tactical improvement
Qualifications

Ambassador District Manager I Qualifications:
* 5+ years professional experience in Healthcare industry required
* Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting work area supported
* Ability to work and drive results, motivate others, and maintain prioritization of key projects and deadlines
* Demonstrates success managing field reports, negotiation skills, presentation skills, and effectiveness to work cross-functional and independently
* BSN, RN or related bachelors in health sciences
Ambassador District Manager II Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree required
* BSN, RN, PA, MSW licensure (Current license in good standing) preferred but not necessary.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in the healthcare (or related) industry.Previous management experience, preferably 3-5 years.
* Proven success working within patient-related organization.
