Job Description
Our Senior Repair Agents perform high quality repairs on clients personal devices assessing unit symptoms and repairing/replacing defective parts as necessary. Additionally, they provide work direction and product repair training to a team of agents. Senior Repair gents also manage the teams workflow and productivity.
Key accountabilities:
* Leads a team of repair agents, providing work direction and repair training
* Manages the team workload
* Researches and resolves escalated aging units and service order issues
* Partners with Team Assistant and Repair Agents as needed
* Ensures quality control
* Consults with clients, providing recommendations and quotes for repair
Basic Qualifications:
* 6 months training individuals on diagnosing and repairing consumer electronics and / or appliances
* 9 months diagnosing and repairing consumer electronics and / or appliances
* Able to stand/sit for long periods of time
* Able to work in a fast pace environment
* Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
* Able to carry/lift/push/pull weight up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation
Preferred Qualifications:
* Consumer Electronics and / or Appliance Manufacture Repair Certification
* Sealed System Certification applicable to Appliances
* 6 months using Best Buys Star and Smart Parts system or Parts Inventory System
* Ability to multitask and have an attention to detail
