Act as a resource and interact with different teams (Engineering, Product, User Experience) across multiple web products and projects. Oversee process of identifying business needs, translating them into technical specifications and ensuring solution success for Engineering, Product, and User Experience. Work to plan and facilitate sessions to gather user requirements and develop, validate and secure acceptance of business requirements documents, and set standards/processes for systems analysis activities. Prepare new functional requirements documentation and present them to business and technical stakeholders. Apply customer facing/user-centered applications, UX and customer and order flows to ensure solutions meet the end users needs. Monitor customer engagement patterns and identify areas of new business opportunities by building appropriate business cases. Manage the life cycle of Product features and make data driven product decisions on a daily basis. Lead the documentation of software processes and business re-engineering opportunities. Full Requirements: Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering, plus five (5) years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience working with Architects, Developers and Business Stakeholders through development up until project deployment into production and post production testing, and utilizing Agile processes, Restful Microservices, APIs, HTTP, XML, JSON, Rest/SOAP, Jira, and Confluence. At least two years of this experience must have also included managing business analysis on customer-facing computer applications for large multi-national companies by engaging in the software development lifecycle and engaging in requirement elicitation, management, and integration in a multi-platform environment.
