Job Summary

Logistics Systems Analyst is responsible for resolving issues and managing ERP and Warehouse Management System process improvements for the Logistics Group. Liaison with Information Technology department to develop reports, applications and underlying data needed to support the Global Logistics group.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

First assessor of reported ERP/WM problems, determining if correctable by functional personnel or IT.
WM Application Coordinator, including quarterly audit, security and menu changes.
Serves as liaison with the IT group on ERP/WM issues and other reporting/data needs.
Pursues planning program changes and reporting needs from within ERP/WM or business data.
Provide reporting support for the Logistics Team including Production Plan
Worksheet, and reporting out of information warehouse using Brio, Access, Excel and other query/reporting/application development tools.
Maintain SAP EWM server user security controls.
Supports customer facing applications

Expected Areas of Competence

Must acquire or possess functional ERP knowledge in configuring, maintaining and enhancing SAP EWM System, all associated add-ons and infrastructure, including RF unites.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to achieve results through influence.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and identify creative solutions to complex problems.
Experience with testing and implementation of new add-ons and associated version updates.
In-depth knowledge of information systems, interrelations and tools including Microsoft Office applications, BrioQuery, Impromptu, Infomaker, Oracle/ Sybase SQL, Access, VBA, .NET, Crystal Reports and the ability to utilize these tools to deliver critical business reporting and applications.
Proven knowledge of SAP EWM Systems/RF Unit configuration and associated add-ons.
Experience using and creating SAP EWM reports
Effective written and verbal communication skills and how to impact and influence people.

Education/Experience Requirements

B.S. in Business Management Information Management, Computer Science or related field.
3-5 years experience with manufacturing, customer service, order processing, distribution and associated performance measurement systems.
2 years + supporting SAP EWM in a manufacturing/logistics/warehousing industry a plus!

Up to 10%
