Bell, in Fort Worth, TX has an immediate opening for a V-22 Osprey Program Specialist to join our team.
This V-22 Program Specialist coordinates projects and communicates information to Bell senior executives, Boeing partners, and US Government (USG) Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) relating to V-22 Program Performance and execution of multiple major contracts.
Position Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Boeing Program Integrators and USG NAVAIR Program Integrators and leaders to coordinate, plan and facilitate program strategic meetings and communications.
* Provide support for Bell Boeing & USG events, including monthly and quarterly program reviews and weekly leadership calls. Coordinate bi-weekly internal program management reviews for all departments across the program.
* Serve as main Bell Point of Contact (POC) and event coordinator for Team Osprey events.
* Work with Bell Boeing and USG to plan and execute successful customer and supplier engagements.
* Provide leadership support by compiling white papers and supporting leadership throughout the events.
* Support Bells strategic leadership meetings, including SBR, Ops Forums, 8Q ROPRs, Program Town Halls, Executive Leadership Team Reviews, and more.
* Respond to RFIs from Textron Washington Office and Global Military Sales and Strategy (GMSS) in a timely manner with V-22 program statistics and program briefings.
* Manage V-22 SharePoint site.
* Track and monitor all V-22 Program action items.
* Plan and execute V-22 leadership team offsites, training, and employee
