Bell in Fort Worth, TX has an opening for a Sr. Inventory Control Support Analyst role in Military Supply Chain Logistics & Sustainment to support the Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) team.

Position Responsibilities:

* Ensures that the NAVICP sponsored Commercial Asset Visibility System (CAVS) and Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Supply Discrepancy Reporting System is updated daily or as required.
* Ensures that all CAVS and SDR reporting transactions are submitted accurately and promptly.
* Ensures that Report of Discrepancy (ROD) to facilitate reconciliation of customers files for NIIN and quantity discrepancies is submitted.
* Ensures that a monthly reconciliation of internal stock records with the CAV database stock records is performed.
* Ensures that an Annual Wall-to-Wall physical inventory reconciliation of the items subject to the applicable service contract is performed.
* Ensures that an annual Government sponsored physical inventory audit is performed.
* Be responsive to government and/or its representatives requests for meetings, status reports and urgent requirements for parts to support non-mission capable aircraft.
* Functionally and/or personally participates in:
1. Processing government documents in a timely manner
2. Maintaining sound working relationships with customer activities and company functional departments to ensure efficient processing and contract compliance
3. Ensures that all government documentation required to maintain inventory validity are processed in accordance with the direction provided by the government
4. Ensures that all government documentation contains accurate, complete, and correct information and is forwarded to the customer immediately
5. Ensures that a 99% record reconciliation of the Commercial Asset Visibility System (CAVS) to ensure that inventory accuracy and validity are maintained
6. Ensures that a 99% physical inventory reconciliation of the physical hardware under the control of Bell Helicopter reflected on the Commercial Asset Visibility System (CAVS) to ensure that inventory accuracy and validity are maintained
* Knows how to use the Web based Supply Discrepancy Report (SDR) system for resolving discrepant shipments of Government owned assets both to and from the contractors facility
* Respond to inquiries received via phone calls, e-mails or letters from Government representatives researching the status of shipments.
* Ensure that all Government owned Depot Level Repairables are shipped via traceable means.
* Be familiar with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel and utilizing the software capabilities create and structure data elements to produce output reports that assist the customer to make sound asset management decisions, such as: to induct assets for repair; purchase new Depot Level Repairables (DLRs); or reallocate DLRs to satisfy priorities.
* Possesses a good working knowledge of the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) System. Understands all CAVS input screens and transactions and how to correct inventory imbalances.
* Possesses a good working knowledge of the Supply Discrepancy Reporting System (SDRS). Understands how to retrieve data, analyze the problem, correct the data, and update the Stock In Transit discrepancy.
* Possesses a good working knowledge of the Military Order Processing System (MOPS) so that data on Government owned material can be traced from the time that it is received at the facility until the time it is repaired and eventually returned to the customer.
