Responsibilities

The Masters prepared clinician delivers direct clinical care to clients in the form of individual and/or group therapy, coordinates services for clients, and may provide other authorized therapeutic modalities as well as participating in interdisciplinary treatment planning; and ensuring that any treatments delivered are within the scope of his or her training, experience, and general level of competence.

1. Assesses clients or family's needs, and eligibility for services.
2. Provides individual therapy in accordance with assessed client recovery needs.
3. Participates in planning treatment programs, dispositional and discharge plans.
4. Maintains family, and all collateral contact, as relevant.
5. Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
6. Develops and maintains client case records including assessments, notes, plans, and reports.
7. Coordinates, arranges and monitors continuity of care.
8. Accepts supervision, and attends regularly-scheduled team, or supervision meetings.

Qualifications

* Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related Program from an accredited college or University.
* License eligible as a LICSW,LMHC or LDAC
* Current CPR certification
