Job Description
Responsibilities
Entry level position that works under general guidance from an applications coordinator/ senior analyst and reports to an Applications Systems Manager. With general guidance responsible for implementing, developing and maintaining applications by investigating processes to understand operations and developing appropriate system solutions. With assistance provides on call support based on supported application needs. Works to obtain and maintain a basic knowledge of the Epic platform for their primary application with an understanding of the integration of modules within the Epic Enterprise. With minimal assistance is able to interact with clients and demonstrates critical thinking and follow through. May need assistance with workflows or system builds. Uses key attention to the build and workflow requirements needed to achieve and maintain software lifecycle standards. Responsible for establishing credibility at all levels and building partnerships with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
Education Requirements
* 4 year Bachelor's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
Experience
* No experience required. End user experience or relevant experience a plus.
Certification and Licensure
* Combination of current Epic certifications in primary application(s) in application maintenance and development must be maintained. If Epic training is required, results must meet department expected outcomes regarding completion time frame, overall scoring, and other aspects of certification.
