As the Director - IT/CRM, Sales and Service Solution Delivery will continually raise the bar on innovation, creativity, and imagination in all areas of Sales and Service technology for Stanley Black & Decker. You will have an enthusiastic can-do spirit, a consultative problem-solving approach and contribute directly to our digital strategy on the Salesforce.com platform and beyond. You'll be a champion of IT and a liaison between IT, Sales, Service, and vendors across all our world class brands. This is an opportunity for a technologically grounded, but functionally minded individual to enact meaningful change end to end. The ability to create effective and innovative solutions while communicating those solutions effectively to leadership at all levels is essential in this role. You'll also have:

* Advanced knowledge, skills and abilities required to resolve complex IT issues
* Salesforce Certifications (Minimum: Administrator and Platform App Builder)
* Integration and Middleware Knowledge
* CPQ (technology and functional) Experience
* CTI
* Advanced Analytics and AI
* Working Knowledge of Data Science Principles
* Privacy and Security by Design
* Knowledge of planning and forecasting techniques for multiple functional areas within IT
* Advanced Demand / Portfolio Management Skills
* Experience with CA Clarity / PPM Preferred
* Proven ability to manage a department or a group with multiple disciplines.
* Advanced understanding and ability to develop and drive budgeting process.
* 13+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
6-8 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform preferred
6-9 years of leadership experience.

What Youll Do
As a youll be part of our Global IT team working remotely.
Specifically, youll:

* Have the primary responsibility of developing the team, vision, goals, strategies, and tactics to generate the most value from our technology investments.
* Work with cross-functional teams to manage and deliver solutions on time, as well as champion the best possible user experience.
* Provide architectural guidance and design considerations to the Solution/Application Architects and partners.
* Partner with business and IT leaders throughout the organization to maximize the effectiveness of our technology investments.
* Partner with outside vendors to deliver services, technology, and platforms to the business.
* Review new technologies and trends to adapt our platforms and innovate.
* Apply hands-on experience with Salesforce.com required.
* Use project management, portfolio management, demand management and communication skills.
* Critical thinking skills to analyze requirements and propose system and process-based solutions.
* Articulate technical concepts to non-technical levels of the organization is a must.
* Inspire internal team members and partners to meet aggressive deadlines for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Utilize Agile delivery experience and experience with leading Agile transformations
* Direct the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
* Manage the hiring, staffing, and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
* Be responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
* Communicate and translates vision/strategy to staff.
* Be responsible for executing on functional and business goals for the group.
* Address problems across functional areas of the business.
* Be responsible for meeting budgetary goals and objectives.
* Prepare and presents reports to all levels of leadership and staff.
