Diversity & Inclusion- Talent Acquisition Consultant | Siemens US Talent Acquisition

Remote Position Location flexible to East and Midwest Region

As the Diversity Recruiting Consultant, you will support Siemens Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) objectives by helping Talent Acquisition to infuse DE&I perspective in everything we do. You will consult and influence to develop outcomes-based diversity recruiting strategies; you will problem-solve and build approaches to attract, source, engage and convert diverse talent; and you will bring ideas and best practices that support our efforts to promote Siemens DE&I efforts across the US.

In this highly impactful role, you will also:

* Innovate, design and execute actionable programs to build diverse talent
* Attract, source, qualify and match diverse candidates and present them for current and future openings
* Serve as knowledgeable, trusted advisor to our recruiters, hiring managers and business leaders regarding diversity recruiting strategy
* Maintain close partnership with both University and Industry recruiting teams to apply DE&I initiatives across the company
* Plan and execute diversity recruitment events and programs internally and externally
* Manage the talent agenda for diversity conferences by developing a conference recruitment strategy, leveraging internal resources and working with cross-functional teams to engage company ambassadors to support the companys diversity goals
* Partner with recruitment marketing to develop campaigns designed to promote Siemens as an employer of choice for all talent
* Manage all recruiting compliance related activities, to include proactive outreach reporting and other associated activities

What youll need to succeed:

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
* 7+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on recruiting diverse talent
* Experience developing and partnering with professional diversity organizations nationally
* Experience creating and executing recruiting marketing campaigns
* Experience managing recruiting projects end-to-end
* Working knowledge of OFCCP, EEO and Affirmative Action general guidelines and requirements

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

* Experience partnering with/leveraging employee resource groups to support talent acquisition efforts
* Experience quickly assessing gaps, opportunities and developing actionable and measurable plans to execute
* Experience building, scaling and leading diversity recruiting programs
