Tableaus Core Services team needs a talented Senior Product Manager who shares our passion to deliver scalable services and features that securely and seamlessly integrate into any environment - so end users can see and understand their data, of course!

In this role, youll work closely with a variety of internal and external partners to understand problems, define use cases, and drive the development and adoption of security-related features and services for Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server and Tableau Online. Throughout the software life-cycle you will identify customer opportunities, gather, scope, and prioritize requirements, and ultimately deliver product features and capabilities customers love.

Preferred Skills

* Strong knowledge of software security patterns, anti-patterns, best practices and industry trends
* Familiarity with PKI, TLS, IAM, Basic Cryptography, Certificate & Cryptographic Key Management
* Experience with cloud-based technologies and designing REST/CRUD API, along with Java and/or C++
* Confidence and ability to talk directly with customers and represent the company
* Excellent technical writing and presentation skills along with the ability to teach and mentor others
* BS in Computer Science, or equivalent
* 5+ years software industry experience as PM or Developer delivering value to customers
* Experienced with Agile Development
