Referral Platform Engagement Manager
Realogy Leads Group is looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented individual with strong communication and public speaking skills to articulate the value of the Referral Platform's features and benefits to the brokers and agents within the Realogy Advantage Network. This individual should be someone who has experience working directly with salespeople to drive results within a lead management platform and has experience as a Relocation Director within the Realogy Advantage Network.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Accountability and Platform Support:

* Act as the primary advocate for the Referral Platform and demonstrate how to leverage the tools within the Referral Platform to drive success.
* Support the Realogy Advantage Network on the referral platform and enhancements as they are released.
* Work closely with leadership to establish and execute strategies for successful achievement of broker adoption of the Referral Platform.
* Effectively communicate any issues (platform stability/performance) brought to your attention to Operations for escalation and resolution.
* Collaborate with Operations to share ideas for enhancements to the Referral Platform.

* Develop and promote a team culture of coaching, communication, and strong work ethic to support the organization's vision to achieve goals within the Leads Organization.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 5+ years of real estate industry experience.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in a role requiring management of multiple projects and processes with competing demands.
* Current Relocation Director experience within the Realogy Advantage Network
* Demonstrated leadership with effective management of a geographically distributed workforce.
* Experience excelling in a highly matrixed environment with the ability to work across multiple business units.
* Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on the effective use of virtual channels.
* Excellent platform and classroom-style public speaking experience.
* Demonstrated strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and problem-solving skills.
* Business development and sales skills.
* Proven ability to present concepts, data analysis and project plans and execute accordingly.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, WebEx, and proprietary Realogy systems or similar tools.

Minimum Education: College degree preferred
Travel requirements may include: Overnight travel up to 10%
