Core responsibilities:

* Manage audits and exams for GCO and GSICPI (CRI/RnP/CIP) from end to end

* Understand audit/testing scope and analyze impact for each business unit

* Track and coordinate requests for documentation and meetings throughout an engagement

* Facilitate review of potential findings from an engagement and work with stakeholders to finalize results (or something that talks about this process in more depth.)

* Support drafting of audit issues and remediation plans within the prescribed timelines and obtain the appropriate sign-offs.

* Effectively communicate the results of audit remediation and exam coordination efforts to various stakeholders including Senior Leadership.

* Provide input to audit schedule and scope during the planning process to maximize audit benefit and minimize impact to the business units

* Build and maintain audit best practices to minimize efforts from business

* Provide insight into potential areas of concern regarding audit and controls and make recommendations for self-identified issues and potential remediation.

* Identify and escalate potential missing/weak controls for future improvement to Internal Controls Partner and other Risk Management partners.

Education required:

* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required

* Experience in project/process management, compliance, risk management or audit is a plus

Skills required:

* Capable of operating in a fast pace, diverse, matrixed and global environment while managing multiple assignments;

* Flexible, able to deal with ambiguity and change

* Deadline driven, self-directed and results-focused;

* Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
