The data/entry clerk/sales is responsible for performing the day-to-day activities of the sales Dept. in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, governing this facility, and as may be directed by the sales manager to assure that the Sales Dept. is run in a safe, efficient, and proper manner. Additionally, the Sales Administrator is responsible for increasing sales and improving customer service to reach our sales goals.

Essential Job Duties-
* Run and prepare all sales reports in Project X and Prelude as needed. Daily, weekly, monthly
* Oversee retail counter and all aspects of cash drawers and maintaining proper funds. Sales administrator will also have access and responsibility for the safety and security of money
* Take customer phone calls on behalf of sales reps and help with accounting and credit questions for customers
* Assist with Parts Trader in keeping reps properly assigned to the correct shops and orders and quotas are processed
* Assist sales managers on various projects as needed
* Approve all sales queues and enter new accounts and update info as needed
* Assist in managing all open orders and cod's not collected reports and keeping them current
* Assist manager in promoting and monitoring all sales contests and games
* Any customer service related tasks to support sales staff
* Manage end of the day closing procedures for the sales office including locking the doors to the office as needed
* Understand and assist in reviewing AUT fixes, DPI reports, Cisco phone reports, LKQ expense reports, manage and record gift card promotions, keep retail accounts current

• S.p.A (“Rhiag”), a leading pan-European business-to-business distributor of aftermarket spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Rhiag has operations in Italy, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Hungary, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Poland and Spain. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2016 and is subject to customary closing conditions and necessary regulatory approvals.
