Lead the day to day activities of the specified core application team for IT&S under the general direction of the department director. The lead will ensure team has oversight for coverage as it relates to time and attendance, productivity support with ticketing systems, and employee relation monitoring to provide regular reports to department director. The lead will work closely and collaborate with IT&S management team to ensure departmental strategy is cornerstone with core team project focus and deliverables as it relates to maintaining, reviewing, implementing, and supporting complex systems.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Minimum Work Experience
Five (5) years of experience in a senior analyst or in a similarly elevated application analyst capacity

Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
