Title: Product Manager, Infrastructure - 70911
As a Product Manager, Infrastructure, you will set the overall strategic vision for the Network, Compute, Mainframe, Database product families. In addition, you will;
Responsibilities:
* Set strategic infrastructure business objectives and develop strategy across multiple product families. Prioritize and own product family decisions and secure investments
* Serve as the strategic voice of the customer, leverage industry megatrend and current technology environment to develop product vision and measurable results
* Clearly articulate the value proposition of the product family and associated products. Communicate progress on strategic objectives to key stakeholders/leadership
* Collaborate across the Digital Product Manager peer group to ensure end to end solutions are maximizing value delivery for development organization
* Lead designing product family measurable key results (OKRs) that guide the Digital Product Owners in developing and executing their product OKRs and tactical roadmaps.
* Maintain a strong pulse of product impediments through participation in various scrum ceremonies
* Closely partner with Group Engineering Managers, Principal Architects, other Product Managers and Deere senior leadership to negotiate and align on overall organization priorities
* Mentor and develops product management talent
Required Qualifications
* Product or service development process/management experience
* Agile and/or DevSecOps delivery practices
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience leading cross-functional work groups or teams
* Implementation of major technology programs which involve change in process
Education (or relevant work experience)
* Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience
