We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controlsprofessional in Orange County, CA, to support our Program ManagementTeam.
Asa key member of our collaborative program support team, youll will havethe chance to work on projectteams using your expertise in forecasting, change management, costmanagement, project budget analysis, project earn value measurement tracking,risk management, proposals, cashflow and reporting tools. Youwill assist with managing the overall program cost controls andreporting function by providing client management, updates, andpresentations at all levels of management.

QUALIFICATIONS
* 3+years of project cost controls experience within building construction projects
* Intermediate level experience with construction managementsoftware (Prolog, E-builder) and scheduling software (Primavera or MSProject)
* Prior experience with planning and cost controlling support formultiple projects, including, cash flow forecast, variation reporting,monitoring of schedule milestones
* Prior experience in CPM Scheduling withPrimavera P6, cost engineering functions, including cost control,change management and cost projection analysis
* Strong analytical skills, meticulous, proactive,demonstrates a high level of initiative and a collaborative team player
Ideally,heres what youll also have:
* Bachelors degreein Construction Management or related degree
* Primavera P6 resource and cost loading
* Skills with Excel Macro level, Databases (MS Access), PowerBI and dashboard development
* MS Project experience
