We are Innovative Aerospace Division, a rapidly growing business within the Surveillance and Exploration Sector of Jacobs that is leading the design and development of next generation satellite payloads and ground processing systems. Design and develop novel position, navigation, and timing solutions for next-generation RF payloads and processors, from conceptual design through detailed design and fabrication.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

-Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, math, or a related discipline.

-8-15 years' experience in aerospace engineering.

-Experience developing low earth orbit position, navigation, or timing payloads or subsystems using optical and/or RF systems.

-Experience performing mechanical analysis including structural, thermal, and vibration.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

-Familiarity with low thrust formation flight and control.

-Experience with autonomous control systems.

-Experience with MATLAB, Python, and/or STK.

-Hands-on hardware prototyping experience.

Clearance Requirement:

TS/SCI. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance. Clearance processing will be completed by the U.S. Government. Factors considered for a U.S. Government Security Clearance include but are not limited:
