Job Overview
Our innovative software team working on electronic consenting solution is expanding its SaaS Operations team and currently looking for a seasoned professional to assist with our future.

You would participate in architecture design and deployment, software deployment, developer support and system configuration, all while ensuring our clients data stays safe, secure and highly available.

Essential Functions
Support the software engineering team and their CI/CD pipeline
Improving our multi-tenant backup strategy and performance
Automating the elasticity of our environment as we scale
Get infrastructure deployments and modifications down to minutes using automated tools and Infrastructure-as-Code
Improving our patch management strategy and process

Qualifications

Technologies

Microsoft technology stack

Windows Server 2012 and later

MS SQL Server 2016 and later (including on AWS RDS)

IIS, .NET, Active Directory

AWS ECS, RDS, S3, Route53, ELB, etc.
Terraform, Powershell and similar scripting tools

Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and AWS EC2

Experience in highly available cloud environments
Solid understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of Linux is a plus

Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment
