Purpose
Develop and execute strategic plans that ensure alignment between supplier(s) and the Company.
* Develop and attain national and district sales and performance goals for supplier(s) and/or lines of business.
* Develop and attain plans to improve the profitability of assigned lines and/or markets.
* Align the Company with the supplier(s)%27 executive level managers within all business units.
* Provide ongoing direction and communication to the supplier(s)%27 field organizations.
* Develop inventory and logistic strategy for all supplier(s)%27 brands.
* Develop and execute all supplier(s)%27 marketing campaigns.
* Develop supplier(s)%27 training strategies.
* Drive execution with district management for performance with strategic supplier(s) and/or market.
* Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Minimum Job Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience required: Sales, marketing and/or operating experience at Graybar; Senior-level management position
High school diploma or GED required

Preferred Job Requirements
Four-year degree preferred
