Position Details:
* Ability to work 2pm-10pm, Sunday-Thursday
* Experience in DOT and FMCSR regulations preferred
* 1+ years of dispatch experience of DOT regulated drivers preferred
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
* AS400 experience preferred
* Ability to multi-task and remain organized
* Must be detail oriented
* Good verbal and written communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support
* Assemble daily route paperwork
* Perform data entry for recaps of daily delivery activities and internal reports
* Answer transportation-related phone calls: driver call outs, delivery problems, equipment issues
* Check in drivers' daily paperwork
* Check driver logs (electronic & paper)
* Ensure proper dispatch of driver with assigned paperwork and load
* Track and monitor OmniTracs, POD, and Cool Trax software
* Available to work nights and weekends, or a modified schedule as business needs require
* Performs other duties as assigned
